Description
We produce 2-position semi-automatic KEG barrel washer with washing heads and pressure pistons. The machine itself drains and depressurises the drums, then rinses them, rinses with washing solution, rinses again, dried, eventually steamed and pressurized CO 2 or N 2. Everything is fully automatic, without the touch of a human hand. The operator only puts on / takes off the KEGs and starts the wash cycle. The machine itself monitors whether everything is going as it should and informs the operator with an acoustic signal at the end of the washing cycle. All washing parameters can be easily set using the touch screen. The machine output is, depending on the equipment and settings, up to 40 KEG / hour.
